We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. we will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt.
All merchandise returned for credit, refund or exchange must be in resalable condition, authorized for return, accompanied by a receipt and will be subject to a restocking fee. Do not return merchandise without a return authorization number.
Note*** If any item has had an upgrade option added, it becomes a custom order and is not refundable. No returns will be authorized on custom orders unless item is damaged or defective and will be subject to our review. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. (i.e. credit card).
Note*** Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Invoice / Order Number
- Item Qty & Description
- Reason for Replacement / Return
